The Partnership
Million Labs teamed up with Indigo to streamline their clunky, manual workflows. By building a custom Customer Portal that integrated directly with Indigo’s existing Airtable system, they turned a fragmented process into a collaborative, partially automated experience.
The Results
What was once a manual and fragmented process is now partially automated—giving Indigo more time to focus on high-value work. While no legacy systems were replaced, the portal opened the door for deeper automation in the future. With their Airtable setup still at the core, Indigo now has a powerful layer on top that brings structure, speed, and clarity to their workflow.
