Unfortunately this happens a lot. The development team will identify alternatives and let you know.
Do you also fix bugs as part of the app monitoring?
With this subscription, you benefit from our monthly report showing key findings of your app health and how you can improve it. In case our team identifies any issue, we will also give a recommendation of what needs to be done to fix it and how long it would take our team to do so. This allows you to make an informed decision ahead of time before your customers/users run into issues.
Do API's break?
Yes from time to time because vendors sometimes have to make what they call breaking changes.
Do I get a written report?
