Junior Developer
A junior developer is expected to:
Be a certified Million Labs Certified Bubble Associate (MCBA)
Hold update meetings with clients to show them project progress
Complete tickets in Skunkworks and update notes as appropriate
Communicate with Customers in fluent English via Skunkworks messages
Work to project timelines and update project lead when timelines are not likely to be met
Work to project budgets
Build to the Million Labs Bubble Build Standards
Developer
A developer is expected to:
All junior developer expectations
Capable of working on complex projects (API’s, backend workflows etc)
Senior Developer
A Senior developer is expected to:
All developer & junior developer expectations
Estimate work (i.e. Feature x will take 4hrs to build & test)
Communicate estimates to Clients
Be able to take a Clients business requirements and translate them into a specification
Create & manage change requests on behalf of Clients & Million Labs
Act as a mentor to other Developers (problem solving, support, training)
Act as a technical expert for clients, look at future requirements and architect app’s to support these requirements.
Understand the commercial relationship between Million Labs and its clients
