Each voucher may be redeemed once only.

The voucher is valid until the redeem date stated on the voucher.

A minimum spend of £1,000 (excluding VAT, where applicable) is required to redeem the voucher.

Vouchers may be redeemed solely against Million Labs services and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used as a monetary payout.

The voucher must be redeemed in one single transaction. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be carried forward.

Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to completed or already invoiced work and must be presented prior to invoicing.

Redemption of the voucher is subject to the Million Labs Service Agreement, available at: https://app.millionlabs.co.uk/service_agreement

Million Labs reserves the right to refuse redemption in cases of misuse or breach of these terms or the Service Agreement.
